Christmas is again upon us and we are all fretting those heavy meals. At PurpleCarrot we have prepared a party menu that will impress your guests without expanding their waist lines!
The PurpleCarrot team believes that food should always be tasty (we are all foodies at heart) and at least a little bit healthy. Yes, even at Christmas!
We will share our tips and tricks to ensure you don’t throw nutrition out of the window during this festive period. And of course, there will be plenty of party food hacks to ensure you are not in the kitchen while everyone else is having fun.
Pilar will start the morning with a talk about nutrition and health and specifically how to manage the extra alcohol and calories during the festive season while you enjoy a lovely home-made breakfast including our delicious fresh bread and famous muesli.
Breakfast will be followed by a demonstration and hands-on cooking session led by Paula, our Nutritional Chef, including several dishes which you will enjoy for lunch (or take as a goody bag to add to your Christmas hamper)
Recipe cards will be provided and a handout with our presentation will be ready for you to take home.
Pilar will be available throughout the session to answer health and nutrition questions and Paula will be at hand to share her cooking knowledge.
