Get ready for all that sunshine in spring (are we being too optimistic?) and learn how to make some amazing salads that help you get your glow back.
During this workshop, we will use fresh and seasonal ingredients to prepare the most deliciously healthy salads that we will sit down and enjoy for lunch.
But every salad deserves a good dressing, so we will play around with olive oil, vinegars, molasses and more to take your salads to the next level.
While you enjoy a delicious PurpleCarrot breakfast, Pilar will talk about how to balance your salads to make them a perfect lunch or light supper and what foods to mix together in order to maximize nutrient absorption.
Cristina will explain the olive oil making process and talk about the different types of olive oils and health properties of each. We will then sample them and learn to taste the difference.
