Raspberry Chia Jam

An unbelievable delicious (and healthy) treat! Try it with Greek or coconut yogurt or on some crusty bread… Perfect breakfast.


180g raspberries (frozen or fresh when in season)
2.5tbsp chia seeds (no need to soak them)
2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
1-2tbps warm water (optional)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract


Mash the raspberries in a food processor or with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Adjust the testure with the warm water.

Refrigerate for 1hr and ta dah! Ready to speed on your toast. Seriously, that easy.

Keeps for a couple of weeks in the fridge in a lidded jar.
