PurpleCarrot’s workshops offer a unique combination of nutrition and hands-on cooking in a relaxed 3 hour session.
Join the PurpleCarrot team at their Nutrition Workshops to talk about food and nutrition over a home-made deliciously healthy breakfast. Afterwards get involved in some hands-on cooking with our experienced cooks and nutritionists. We teach fuss-free home cooking with a healthy twist. After the cooking session, we all sit together to enjoy the lovely dishes we just made.
Pilar will be available to answer questions on nutrition and how food may be impacting your health throughout the workshop.
